Appartements (Suites) Horni Namesti are situated in Upper Rokytnice nad Jizerou on Upper Square, one of the most popular Skiresorts in Krkonoše (Giant Mountains), 100 m from Skiareal Modra Hvezda (3 Lifts, suitable for beginners or families with children, or snowboarders). Skiareal Horni Domky - Lysa Hora (1344 m) - 4 chair lift - is about 800 m far (Walking distance). For transport you can use Skibus - bus stop is about 50 m from Appartements. Sport activities lovers can use service of sporting hall - about 600 m far (Tenis, football, sauna, gym).

Appartements Horni Namesti is located in 10 appartement houses which creating small square. Right in the house is Ski-storage room, Rentski, restaurant, skischool, Rentbike, stores with goods and groceries.

 

Accomodation:

Appartements are equipped with elegant wood furniture. Endowed with bedclothes, towels, soaps and discloth in kitchen. In appartements is countertop (dish, toaster, fridge, cooker), TV + SAT, bathroom with WC and shower. Appartements are non smoking

Price is VAT, water consumption, heating consumption and final cleaning included. Price doesn´t include Lokal and recreation taxes, which will be payable upon arrivel (Adult 19,- Kč / day, Person up to 18 years - 4,- Kč / day).

 

Each adult will receive returnable guestcard Rokytnice PLUS, which can be used to buy Skipass with 15% discount. (Deposit 200,- Kč / Card will be picked in case of lose).

 

Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

 

In case of shorter stays 25% surcharge will be charge. 

 

By takeover of appartement a deposit 2000,- CZK or 100,- EUR will be picked.

 

Stay with pet is possible for 150,- CZK / day.
