Accommodation Regulations

Under the Accommodation Agreement, the guest obtains the right to temporary accommodation for the agreed period in Hotel Gabriela (hereinafter referred to as the „Hotel“).

1. When checking in, the guest shall present his/her personal documents to be recorded in the Guest Book and shall pay the agreed amount or the remaining balance for the stay in the Hotel.

2. The guest has the right to use the areas, which have been reserved for his/her accommodation, to use the common areas in the Hotel and services associated with the accommodation.

3. The Accommodation Provider shall hand over the premises reserved for accommodation in a state fit for proper use and shall ensure the guest’s undisturbed exercise of his/her rights associated with the accommodation.

4. The guest shall properly use the areas reserved for his/her accommodation. Without the consent of the Accommodation Provider, he/she may not make any changes in these areas.

5. The guest has the right to check in for the ordered accommodation between 3.00pm and 10.00pm on the given day. The Accommodation Provider shall reserve a room for the guest until the above time unless agreed otherwise.

6. Unless the accommodation period is agreed differently in advance, the guest shall check out of the room by 10.00am of the given day. If the guest fails to do so within the stipulated time period, the Accommodation Provider has the right to charge the guest for the following day as well.

7. On the last day of the stay the guest shall check out of the room by 10.00am in order to allow the Accommodation Provider to prepare the accommodation areas for new guests.

8. A guest, who checks in before 6.00am, shall also pay for accommodation for the entire previous night.

9. The guest shall observe quiet hours between 10.00pm and 7.00am.

10. If the guest requests an extension of accommodation and the Accommodation Provider is able to accommodate him/her, the guest may also be offered a different room than the room, in which he/she was originally accommodated.


11. The guest may accept visitors in his/her room only with the consent of the Accommodation Provider between 8.00am and 10.00pm.

12. The guest may not keep an animal in the Hotel without the owner’s consent.

13. Only persons, who are not infected with infectious diseases, may be accommodated in the Hotel.


14. The Accommodation Provider call for ensure medical assistance or transportation to a hospital in the event of illness or injury of the guest.

15. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances in the room except those that serve personal hygiene, i.e. shavers, massage devices, hair dryers etc. Guests may also use low-wattage appliances serving personal needs, i.e. laptops, printer, camera chargers, phone chargers etc.

16. When leaving the room, the guest shall close the windows and water taps, turn off electrical devices, then lock the door and give the keys to the Accommodation Provider.

17. For security reasons it is not allowed to leave children under 10 years of age in the rooms and other common areas in the Hotel without adult supervision.

18. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property of the Accommodation Provider according to applicable regulations and shall pay for the damages to the Accommodation Provider in cash on the site.



19. In the event of a loss of the keys, the guest shall pay damages caused to the Accommodation Provider in the amount of CZK 1,500.


20. The Accommodation Provider is liable for damages caused to the property of the guests.

21. The Accommodation Provider may withdraw from the Agreement before the agreed check-out date in the event that the guest grossly violates good morals or otherwise grossly violates the provisions of the Accommodation Regulations despite warning.

22. Smoking is only allowed in the restaurant. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited.

23. In the winter time, the guest shall be careful when moving around the Hotel building due to the risk of injury by falling frozen snow or icicles and due to the possibility of an injury on the ice. Vehicles must be parked so that the falling snow and icicles may not damage them. During cleaning of the parking lot, the owners of the cars accommodated in the Hotel shall follow the instruction of the maintenance supervisor for moving the cars to the municipal parking.

24. Any complaints and suggestion for improvement of services are accepted by the Accommodation Provider.
